Why Israel?
The advantage of diversifying the securities element of the portfolio to overseas investments is clear. Every institutional investor, can tell you there is no reason to limit yourself to a single market in a world that keeps getting smaller. This is especially relevant to the Israeli market, as only 550 companies are listed on the TASE, While at the same time the accumulated money of the pensions is increasing. The big Israeli institutional investors (Insurance companies, Pension funds etc.) invest now days between 25%-35% of their assets in global markets and this trend is strengthening.

What is the scope of work?
We set a 2-3 days of IR meetings with targeted potential investors. We put a lot of effort to pick the most suitable potential investors in order to maximize the return on the management attention given to such IR activity. The Israeli investors do appreciate a face to face meetings with the companies' management and therefore such meetings create a very good advantage to those companies.

What is the potential outcome?
The potential outcome is a good acquaintance of the Israeli investors with the company which would lead to an investment. That would add another layer of investors to the existing investors of the company. By saying Investment we mean both equity and bonds. This might have a positive effect on the fair value as well as the yield of the bonds and might enable in the future to raise money in the Israeli market as many American real estate companies successfully did during the last few years.
